Those Voices in Your Head !

If you have been under the assumption that only CRAZY people hear voices in their heads, I am here to set you straight! 

So called CRAZY people are just more vocal about thoughts that we ALL have going on. True... some folks suffer from a mental illness that dramatically changes what those thoughts are. It is scary to witness at times and important to be compassionate. 

But don't be fooled. Everybody has voices in their heads! 

We all have a running narrative that is constantly letting us know how things are going. What we or others are doing right or wrong. Giving us feedback that triggers our emotions, influences our way of perceiving the world and is directly tied to the action we take and the results we get in this life.
